Neigh is currently in private alpha. This means:

• The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis with no uptime guarantees.
• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• Data loss is possible. We do not guarantee preservation of data during alpha.
• Access is limited to invited users.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neigh to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant Neigh a non-exclusive license to host and display that content to operate the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful.

Organizations are subject to the limits of their current plan. We reserve the right to modify plan limits.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Neigh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
